crystal_clear…or, other things that are part of the job description of a house officer that you were never really told about before you jumped headfirst into it:
- glorified secretary
- scapegoat
- sacrificial lamb
- punching bag
- puppet
- labourer
...I was once asked if I'd ever want any of my children - that is, assuming that I will be having any - become a doctor, and I said yes. Which, in retrospective, is utterly idiotic of me.
Am I blaming anyone? Darn right, I blame the system...
...and those who would resort to being utterly impossible to deal with.
*snort* So much for professionalism and teamwork. Hypocrites.
